Influenced by African masks and their function. This piece attempts to create replicate the vibrance and dynamics of those ancient artefacts. The main image is a combination of emotions and energies. The expressions are in response to the environment it and we find ourselves. Amidst a bit of chaos, uncertainty and crude statements the mask represents the endless possibilities behind it.

The colors many equate to this are “red” and “blue”. The sound that best describes those being victimized is silence. This painting attempts to speak to that silence.
